Refund Policy

Effective date: September 28, 2026

The free plan lets you build a real class and teach it before you pay anything, so you know what you are buying. This policy covers what happens when you do pay.

A new subscription

If you take out a paid plan and it is not right for you, ask within 14 days of the first payment and we will refund it in full, for any reason.

Renewals

A subscription renews each month until you cancel. Cancel at any time and the current month runs to its end; renewal payments are not refunded, except where the law in your country gives you additional rights. If you meant to cancel and a renewal went through, write to us within 7 days of it and we will look at it.

A single class bought outright

Refundable in full within 30 days if the class has not yet been taught. Once it has been taught, the purchase is final.

Usage past your allowance

Charges for telephone calls or classes past what your plan includes reflect calls that were actually placed and classes that were actually built, and are not refunded.

How to ask

Payments are processed by Stripe, with Link as the merchant of record, so your receipt and invoice come from Link. To request a refund, either:

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Stripe usually processes them within a few business days; your bank may take longer to show them.

After a refund

A refunded subscription returns your account to the free plan. Your classes are not deleted, but the free plan's limits apply to them from then on.

If something is wrong

If a call did not connect, a class did not build, or the service did not do what it should, contact us whatever the timing — we would rather put it right.
